what is a "normal" price for a town car?

FI and I are getting a town car to take us from our reception (Auburn) to our hotel (Citizen Hotel, downtown Sac).  According to Google Maps, this is just shy of 40 miles (39.1).  We've been quoted $89 from a friend of a friend.  This does not include gratuity (which I assume would be 15%).  Does this sound normal?  We were thinking about using the same company for the wedding night and my bachelorette party to see if we could negotiate some, but if this is a good deal, I'd try just the bachelorette party on its own...TIA!!

I've paid that price for a town car from my home to the airport--about the same miles as you require.  So it is a fair price.  If you are planning to use them for all three trips, I would ask for a price break.  Can't hurt.  Best Wishes!

That sounds very reasonable to me. We were quoted more than $100 for a much shorter ride (in the South Bay).
