Gym classes - zumba and hip hop!

Happy Monday ladies! So, I'm a 24 Hour Fitness member, and the only group class I regularly attend is kickboxing (which I love). I'm thinking about trying zumba and hip hop. Have any of you tried those? I'm wondering how easy it is to catch on... I know a lot of classes can be intimidating at first! Thanks for any input :D

I've done Zumba classes and I have former co-workers who do it all the time. They are really fun. We all caught on pretty easily.

The only other ones I've tried besides kickboxing was yoga and the weight lifting class. I liked both.

I used to do kickboxing (just kicking and punching air not bags) and loved it.  I had to stop because it aggravated my shoulder/neck injury.  Since then I've tried Zumba and I really like it.  It's choreographed like dancing but so is kickboxing so you will probably feel the same way you did the very first time you took kickboxing.  Have Fun!

Zumba is very easy to learn and it's a ton of fun. I do it at 24 and I take classes for it outside of the gym. You'll have a blast :D
