But here are a few things I've learned:- Take 10 people off your headcount, no matter how much you think everyone is going to be there... things happen! We had several guests who ended up with confirmed swine flu days before the wedding - one in quarantine. Someone showed up on the wrong day because some people think weddings are only for Saturdays. Others just "couldn't make it" last minute.- Don't let B guests bring extra people! Of the 8 people that were no shows 4 were guests of people that I didn't even want to invite in the first place that took it upon themselves to invite their girlfriend/brother/son.- Hire a photographer with a long history of good customer service. Until I get my pictures back I can not do a fair review, but as of now I'm very disappointed.- Lighting and linens are so worth it!!!! We also rented chiavaris because they weren't much more than the hideous chair covers but I would have been okay with the brown banquet chairs.- Get the videographer! They can capture so much more of the moment than a photo.

    You look B-e-a-utiful! Can't wait to see pro-pics too...and you're right, lighting adds SO much, it barely looks like the same venue!

    You looked stunning and everything wedding wise looked like it came together perfectly for you!  Congratulations!!!!Sounds like we had a similar experience photographer wise - we just received our preview last week... almost 6 weeks after the wedding and lots of other little things that keep frustrating me.

    you were such a beautiful bride!  and everything looked gorgeous in the video preview.can't wait to read your reviews.  i had a trial with giao.  looks like she did a great job on your big day.DNichole26 - i saw that you were blogged.  the photos turned out great!  but yeah, i'm having customer service issues with the photographer too.  it kinda scares me.if either of you are going to email caligirl9, do you mind emailing me too?!:  ldames (at) gmail (dot) comcongrats again for becoming a MRS! =)

    Ok I will be patient and wait for the final review!! One note though for times. I thought her times for when she could get stuff done was too quick. My cousin who got married this past April just got her album and her digital files this past weekend. She got a preview in August. She had a different photographer but it was one of the reasons why I didn't want to go through her photographer! Hopefully your pictures are amazing! Your non-pro ones are!! Daene, your preview on the blog looked amazing so I hope the rest of it turns out great!

    History of ENDO and ovarian cysts, currently have 1 Myoma on left ovary - but it's shrinking, yea! Clomid 100mg since Jan 2011, trigger 4/5, 1st IUI 4/7, 1 mature follie, progesterone = BFN
    SHG 5/2 = all clear
    IUI#2 on Mother's Day 5/8, no trigger, 2 mature follies, progesterone = BFN

    Hello ladies! Just a quick note - unless you have a specfic concern I'm not giving a review of my photographer until they have a chance to turn my feelings around. When I have my pictures I will give the photog a fair review.
