I was really pleased with Murrieta's Well. I thought it was the perfect venue for us. We planned the wedding while I was working full time and attending my last year of law school so we needed a place that was responsive and easy to work with and they succeeded. We also wanted somewhat all inclusive to save us time - so the fact that they include the venue, food, cake, and alcohol, was a plus. And seriously, the food was incredible. Some have said some of the best meals of their lives, not jsut at a wedding. As with anyplace and likely any wedding there will be some snafus, but I was the only one that knew about them. The bar ended up being set up on the lower patio after we'd decided to have the cocktail hour on the upper patio. They did that because they were concerned about the wind and I think it worked out fine - nobody complained. THe cake stand we ordered was not the one used. I didn't notice until we went to cut the cake and nobody else knew which cake stand we'd chosen so honestly not a big deal. OVerall I thought it was a great deal for a fantastic wedding. We heard nothing but rave reviews from our friends about the location, food, decor, etc.
