east bay area seamstress/alterations recs??

hey girls-
my dress was custom made, but i need to find a great seamstress to add some bling, fix hem, bustle, etc that does not completely break the bank. Any suggestions are appreciated!!!

I just took my dress to Alameda Sewing Cottage (found reviews on Yelp).  The woman seemed very knowledgeable and her pricing is pretty reasonable.  Haven't seen the end results yet but if her reviews are any indication, the dress will look fabulous!
