Any good Wedding Cake places in Sacramento?

My FI and I went to River City Cake Company - they won the KCRA 2009 A list - but the cake tasting was so dry and flavorless. Then we tried Cake and Candy Specialities is Citrus Heights and the cake was almost unbearable. Why is the cake so dry and flavorless? Are they serving us old cake?  We are going to Ettore's off of Fair Oaks Blvd and Divine Desserts in Loomis this weekend...I hope I can find a good cake. 

Any suggestions?

the tasting at Divine Desserts is FABULOUS.  They give you a ton of varieties - we ended up booking them.  Price-wise they are on par with most of the other bakeries in Sac (Freeport, Village, and Sheltons); but they taste way better.  I've heard Ettores is delicious; but almost twice the price.

This place made my friends wedding cake last summer it was so good and very affirdable.
