Hannibals?

Hello!
I have been going on here for advice from all of you lovely ladies regarding different aspects of my wedding! Thanks for all you advice so far.
Right now I have a quote from Buckhorn Catering in Winters and I am also talking to Hannibals Catering as well. I have a feeling I may be able to get more bang for my buck from Hannibals. Before I set anything in stone I would like to see if anyone has delt with Hannibals or Buckhorn for that matter.
Any sort of opinion would be great! :)

    We use Hannibals to cater our meeting at work. And the food is always really good. Their mashed potatoes are great! I don't deal with them though, so I'm not sure how they are to work with.

    We had a meeting with Hannibals, but their quote was much more (5K vs. 4.2k for 90 people), so we went with someone else.  I'd also had their food at work events, and IMO it's just meh.  There was also a lot of hassle in getting calls back, but part of that was because the girl who was helping me ended up leaving during the time we were talking with them.

    Also, good advice. Thank you. The good and bad is always good to hear. I am still in the process of getting a quote together with them so we will see how it goes :)

    I didn't like Hannibals at all.  Their food is very generic and they wanted to use really tacky fake flowers on the buffet table and I had no choice about it!  Plus they wanted me to pay $100 extra for it. 

    We ended up going with Capital City Catering and they were FAB!

    However, I've been to the Buckhorn a few times and they are great!  We have also used them for our office Christmas party and they were top notch. Very classy.

    I cannot say enough about Buckhorn Catering.  AMAZING food.  We are still getting compliments on it months after our wedding. 

    Debbie was fabulous in dealing with all of our needs.  Everything went smoothly the day of our wedding.  The waiters were all very courteous in meeting our guests' needs.  The food was presented beautifully and tasted devine.  So many people said that it was far above 'ordinary wedding food.'  The salads were fresh, the vegetables perfect and all of the meats were tender.  We could smell the tri tip roasting as we drove up.
