My husband and I just got married this July, and we were lucky to have really good vendors at our wedding. We had a small budget, and we were able to find these vendors that are willing to work with what we have, but still gave us a lot more than what we asked for. Hopefully I can help all you beautiful brides find the perfect vendors for your wedding.

Catering - DK Catering - These owners (Patricia and Dave) of DK Catering are the best people to work with in the wedidng industry. Unlike other caterers, they're willing to work with our budget, and served us really yummy food and in generous amounts! Our guests are still craving for their food even after the wedding! The staff are professional and easy to work with. On top of that, the owners went out of their way to help us. Patricia helped me find a really good florist (Vanda Floral Design) three days before the wedding, I just can't thank her enough.

Photographer - 39 East Photography - Very reasonably priced, and takes storybook-like pictures. CK is a very talented photographer. Not only he’s good at documenting all the special moments, and capturing all the emotions, but he does it in a way that you don’t feel his existence. So our pictures all turned out to be very natural and beautiful. Our friends say that our pictures look like they came straight from a magazine.

DJ - Nor Cal Pro Sound - Tony from Nor Cal Pro Sound is amazing!!! He did a fantastic job! He is very helpful and knowledgeable about music and wedding planning, and he was also accommodating on our last minute requests. He got everyone dancing on the floor even the parents! He offers a very competitive price.

Makeup Artist - Nina Barbosa - Nina and her sister did our wedding party’s makeup and hair. Nina is super talented and very nice to work with. We looked really great in the wedding pictures, and I’ve never looked so beautiful before. The makeup stayed all night as we danced. Nina was willing to work with my small budget while other makeup artists turned me down. She did a fantastic job!

Florist - Vanda Floral Design - Bryce, the owner, was great to work with. We ordered flowers from him three days before the wedding. His staff did such a great job putting the bouquets together, and they look just like how I always imagined my wedding flowers to look like. I really appreciate them willing to work with me last minute. We had a small budget, and Vanda Floral Design definitely gave us a lot more than what we expected.

Officiant - Rose Ministries of the Wine Country - Helen Emberly-Smith was our wedding officiant. She's friendly, organized, and detail oriented. She gave us good advice when planning the ceremony, and ensured that the ceremony is exactly how we wanted. She was great at checking with us throughout the wedding planning process making sure that everything is OK. She was always on-time and prepared. She charged us a lot less compared to other wedding officiants in the area.
