Hey everyone. I got my dress today off the rack for 1/3 off! yay! The bad part is that i had to take it as is and now i need some minor alterations. Does anyone on the boards know of an inexpensive tailor in San Francisco? I just need a minor shortening of the dress, tightening of the chest and a french bustle. Any suggestions would be appreciated...thanks!
