Does anyone have any suggestions on good local places to shop??
Yesterday I went to David's amd the service was actually really good... Then I went to Alfred Angelo and it was a nightmare.

    House of Fashion and Keepsake Bridal were really nice.

    Bridal Mart was pretty good, a big selection of dresses.

    However DONT go to the atlerations there, find someone else. But the dress purchasing experience is good. :)

    I got my dress from  De La Rosa's Bridal in Folsom (ask for Bic). I'd also check out Bridal Box. We looked at bridesmaids dresses there and they were very helpful.

    on the subject, does anyone know what down payments are required on the dresses? Is it a certain percentage of the dress?
    Mostly wondering for Alfred Angelo, DB and Bridal Mart

    I heard the lady at DB say that it was 25% down, and balance in full within 60 days.

    Don't know about the other 2...

    Ha, I had the same experience! David's had awesome service and Alfred Angelo just kind of annoyed me. lol

    I haven't gone yet but I've had several friends recommend Bridal Mart, so that's my next stop.
