San Francisco Rehearsal Dinner Space

Hi Ladies,
I am up in the Portland, OR area helping a friend plan a spring rehearsal dinner.  She is looking for a space that is very "San Francisco" and somewhat near the Embarcadero or Fisherman's Warf.  She is flexible but wants it in a cool area or with a pretty view.  I would love any suggestions---thanks in advance!

    I am looking for the same thing for my October wedding in San Francisco! I live in New York City, so I am not familiar with the restaurant scene in SF. Our wedding is in Pacific Heights, if anyone knows anything nice in that area, or near Nob or Russian Hill.

    The Tonga Room in the Fairmont Hotel has great food and awesome atmosphere and reasonably priced, my fiance and i are getting married across the street at Grace Cathedral and are thinking about having our rehersal dinner there but for a view, the best is the Starlight Room on top of the Sir Francis Drake Hotel..hope that helps
