What are you using when you walk down the aisle? What about the BM procession and recession?

We used the Forrest Gump Theme song and the Canon in D.

I'm scared to do anything bold...I did sort of like Canon in D.

We haven't decided on ceremony music yet, but we like the idea of acoustic guitar or piano arrangements of popular songs (like "1-2-3-4" by the Plain White Tees, "The Way I Am" by Ingrid Michaelson, or "Lucky" by Jason Mraz and Colby Caillat, as some examples) for the BM processional and our recessional.  I think, though, that I'm going to insist on something more traditional (like Canon in D) just for my processional - seems like a more serious moment, and I've just always imagined it being with more traditional music.

At one wedding I was at, for the recessional, they had a lovely string version of "Another One Bites the Dust" - it was hilarious!

Anglyn, I love the Forrest Gump theme song!  I may have to add that to my list!

We used several songs... I guess we really had the processional drawn out...

toshecky- my FI would LOVE to have "another one bites the dust!"  but he's already getting "welcome to the jungle" for our reception entrance song. lol.

for our ceremony, we're having a string quartet. our processional is going to be canon in d. our recessional is going to be the pirates of the caribbean theme song. lol.

We also used here Comes the Sun as our Processional.
