Just an FYI for all the brides out there that are still trying to pick their wedding site.
I had the WORST experience with Harmony Ridge and I have never been so offended in my life!  They will treat your wedding like an auction instead of a wedding.
I emailed to inquire about their venue, fortunately for me they kept me in the email thread that was suppose to be between management about my wedding.
They will totally try to take your check book for a ride!   Money mouth

    I had been emailing with them regarding using their property for our wedding.
    After getting all the info, we decided their property was not something that met our needs, all the way around.
    I sent both ladies a very nice email thanking them for their help but that their venue would not work.
    They kept me in their email thread between the both of them with how we can't afford it and should they cut me a lower price, how many brides are in the "hot seat" for that wedding day?  There was much more said in the email but basically, can we shake anyone down for more money or should we cut our price for her.
    Funny part is, price want even our issue. Our issue is the lack of what you get for the price.I get business is business however being a business women myself, this is NOT the way to handle it.
    They are a total rip off and would NEVER do an event there.

    That's too bad to hear.  I just got married in downtown Sac, but had considered Nevada City/Grass Valley locations, because my parents live there.

    Have you picked a location now, or are you still looking?  When's your wedding?
