Help - Cheap Alterations needed

I'm looking for a decent seamstress in the East Bay that can do a hem and a bustle for as little $$ as possible. 

I only spent $150 on the dress - sidenote, you can find amazing bargains on custom dresses at www.dressilyme.com - direct from the factory in China and in my opinion, as nice as the designer versions.  I intentionally ordered it a little long because I was nervous that if it came even the slightest bit short I wouldn't have any options and if it was too long, I could always hem it.

Any recommendations?  TIA!

    There are normally seamstresses that have a home businesses I dont know how much she would charge i'm sure it depends on the dress. Let me know if you would like info it's on a referral basis
