    I usually do equal measurements of each olive oil, soy sauce and worchestershire sauce (maybe a tiny bit more worchestershire)

    I don't really measure it because the amount I need varies by how much meat there is.

    I have a really good sauce for steak... not a marinade.  Cook the steak in a cast iron skillet or aluminum skillet... just not non-stick.  Then put about a tablespoon of unsalted butter to deglaze the pan.  Scrape up brown bits with a wooden spoon.  Put in 1-2 minced jalapeno peppers (WEAR GLOVES TO CUT THEM!!!).  When they start to soften, add in 1-2 cloves of minced garlic.  When it gets fragrant, add about 1/2 cup of silver tequila and the juice of 1-2 limes.  I always add two because I like lime juice.  Turn the heat up and reduce by half.  Then pour it over the rested steak.  It's DELICIOUS. It's like a spicy margarita sauce for meat.

    Edited to add... I forgot.  Before you reduce the liquid... you're supposed to set it on fire.  Carefully.
