venue help!

There doesn't seem to be a Redding area in the "local wedding boards" so hopefully this is where I should post this!

I'm from Redding but I haven't lived there in years, I'm currently in Iowa! We are getting married in Redding because that's where most of our families are. I am having a terribly time finding a venue, preferably a church, for our May wedding. Most churches seem to want you to be a member, which of course I am not. I'm hoping for a fairly traditional looking church.

I was looking up in Redding area... I ended up in Chico at White Ranch and I LOVE IT & the owners are AWESOME! So I would suggest looking in Chico... there are other really great venues in Chico as well...  However I did see some great places in Red Bluff, Dunsmuir and Redding.
