Amerian Airlines

FI and I are flying AA for our honeymoon in two weeks. I'm getting really nervous, tons of flights are being cancelled or delayed and in the past few days two flights had to make emergency landings due to seats coming unbolted!!! Tried to see if there were any other flights through other airlines and either a) there are none or b) they cost an arm and a leg!! Anyone else flying AA?

Yes, we have an AA flight to Curacao next Monday.  Just hoping we can go on our honeymoon (and get back on time)!  Also, my brother just emailed to say that his wife and daughter (who is our flower girl) may not be able to come if the pilots go on strike because they can't afford tickets through a different airline.  Eek.

We're taking continental for our flight to our honeymoon.  However, my dad/step mom/little sis (flower girl)  are taking a AA flight out of Kansas City on the Friday afternoon for our Sat wedding.  In KC they cancel the last flight of the night quite regularly...so I'm really nervous that they're going to have to end up driving....which would lead to all three of them being super cranky!

Ugh I hadn't heard about this! We fly to Mexico on AA next Tuesday. At least, I hope!

I hope everyone's flights work out ok.  we're going to St John, but you have to fly into St Thomas.

We are flying AA on 10/22 to St. Thomas...fingers crossed for everyone's flights being good!

Our flight is on 10/27 flying with AirTran Airways, which is owned by AA.  I'm hoping we don't have any issues.
