Little help please?

I can't help but see everyone has a weebly. It says its suppose to be free, but it wont let me publish anything? Am I doing something wrong or got information wrong?

When you click publish, a pop-up usually comes up that asks if you want to change your web address to be ____ .com instead of ____.weebly.com
Just click close and it will publish your changes. You can check to see that it published it by going to your webpage.

I was confused at first, but realized they were just trying to get me to switch to the non-free version.
