So I talked to my BM's today to see about dresses... and check if they had got them in yet. Well one of them said they called and the people said that it should be in late this week/by next week. The other said she called and they told her Oct 15!!! Ummm. No, when we ordered they said Sept 15 at the latest. Now they are trying to say Oct 15 which does not work for me! My wedding is Oct 20 and I would not have put myself in the situation for the dresses to come in 5 days before my wedding. I'm about to flip out on these people for lying to me when I got the girls to order. I am going to wait til the 15 and if they are not in I will be calling and letting them know. Ughhh always has to be some kind of BS!

Oh to top it off FI totalled his truck saturday... and we have yet to find a house.

Try not to worry just yet... Every dealine DB has given me has been wrong... in a good way. My dress came in a month early and BM dresses have all come in early also. Do any of the BM's have their ETA written on a receipt? The DB's in Virginia (at least the 2 I've been to) write the date on the receipt for you. I would ask the BMs and see if any of them have a date written on their receipt in the event the dresses are late.

My ladies ordered their dresses from DB and were told they'd take 8-12 weeks and every single one of them came in early (usually in about 4-6 weeks.) Though I'm not a huge fan of DB, they are pretty good about getting dresses in on time.
