So I am working on addressing my invitations since they are going out in about 5ish weeks. Now the problem comes to couples. I have no problem inviting SOs. The thing that worries me is what if they break up between now and when the invitations go out? Do I address them now anyways and hope for the best, or do I hold off and make a mad dash of the couples right before I send them out?

I was JUST thinking about this...

I think I am going to go ahead and address everyone who I know will be together (married, longtime bf/gf) and then put the others in a seperate pile to address in the week before I actually send them out.  I only have about 20 or so that I'll need to wait on, so I don't think it will be too much of a rush to get them done.

I would be worried that I would miss one of them.  Do you have extra envelopes?  If they are in a commited relationship now, then I would start addressing if you want.  Worst case, you have to re-address an envelope.  If I had a person who was casually dating someone, I might hold off on adding that guest's name and add it in one final pass through.
