My dress is in! (PIP)

I know there have been a lot of these posts lately, but I just can't help it! I'm so excited!! I went to go pick it up on Tuesday and got a few better pictures. It fits perfect and I really just need a bustle done! Now I just need to figure out shoes, if I want an updo or half updo and if I want a veil.

Front & back shot:

And the beading:

  • It's beautiful!  I love all the beading and how the back is cut!  I would say have your hair up to show that off.  But then again, it doesn't look like your hair is so long that it will cover your back, so either way would look nice.  Congrats!!

  • I love it!  The beading is so pretty!  I agree that the detail in the back is awesome and you might not want to cover it up.  What kind of veil are you thinking, if you were to get one?

  • It's beautiful. I would have an updo to show off the beading on the back.

  • Thanks girls!  I was originally growing my hair out to have a half updo, but I don't think it will get long enough. I agree with you guys on taking it up so you can see the detail. I'm thinking maybe a low up-do with teardrop earrings and a elbow length veil.

  • Elbow length veil with beading on the edge to match your dress would be lovely.  But I also think you should take it off after ceremony and pictures.

<div>This. I totally agree. I didn't even want a veil at first, but when I went to pick up my dress I tried a few on just to make sure. And of course I liked the look. If I do go with a veil it will definitely be for ceremony and possibly some pictures.</div>

  • Gorgeous dress. I agree with PP's. I would do a veil during the ceremony with an updo and then take the veil off for later. The back of the dress definitely needs to be shown off. You look very pretty!!
