Return address

What is everyone doing for their return address for their invites and RSVP's?  Are you just putting yours and your FI's names and address or are you using something like BrideLastName-GroomLastName Wedding and your address?  I'm trying to think of how we should do ours and not sure what is typically done - if it's supposed to be really formal or just do whatever you want type of thing.

On our invitations, I put our address as the return address with no name. On the rsvp envelope, I put our address with just my name.

I have a stamp that has both of our first names "Katie & Joe" and the address. I have no idea if that is formal or not...but I think that is better than both of our last names or having our first and last names.

For both the invites and RSVP envelopes I used a personalized stamp that has my name with our address:

Miss Maria _________
Address Line 1
Address Line 2

I have labels that have his last name with our address that I will be using for the invitations. For the RSVP return address, I will be using my first and last name with our address.

I think I am going completely untraditional and using "The Soon-to-Be FI'sLastName".

I've been wondering about this too! On our STD's I just put his MOM's address with no names. The reason I used his mom's is because he still gets 100 percent of his mail there. I get most of my mail at my PO box in my hometown and a few random things may go to my Mom's like anything my Mary Kay director sends...we live together and have for going on 2 years but the house is not ours we are just 'managing the property' for the owners who are in FL. They didn't want it sitting empty. So FI does upkeep and we have no rent and are just responsible for all bills and stuff. I hate this house and can't wait to get out. It just needs too much WORK! I'd never have children here. Anyway we're working on trying to get our own place once the wedding's over because we have land just nothing on it! So I don't want to use THIS address because we use it for NOTHING. So its really a choice of his moms or my po box with no names just the addresses. Idk what I'll do!

I got a stamp made that had both our first names and the address.  I want to be able to use it after the wedding as well.  I'm not sure if we'll end up using it though.  I do want our invitations to be more formal and I don't think that will be formal enough.

Prob just our first names. We had them all typed out....but FI printed our old address on all of them so I'm going to order labels off VIstaprint. I am not reprinting them all over again! Thats a lot of envelopes!

I have no idea what address to use as we are looking to purchase a house and have no idea where we will be when the invitations go out or when the RSVPs start coming in. I don't know what to do and we're doing invitations on Friday!

We did:

My first initial. My last name & His first inital. His last name.
Address.

So for example (not using our real info):

K. Smith & C. Jones
Lakeside Dr.
Palm Beach, FL 09876

For our save the dates we did both of our first and last names and our address. We'll probably do that again. If we change it to anything it'll be our last names with Wedding after.

For our STDs, I created labels with both of our first and last names. But recently, I bought a self inking stamp on Etsy that has only our first names on it. I love it! I've already received compliments on it from bridal shower guests, since I used it for my thank you cards.

Ours are coming pre printed like this. No name on return address and my name and our address for the RSVP address

Our invitations are Seal and Send, so the Return address on the invitation is just our current address. Then for the RSVP post card its My Last and His Last Wedding then our address.

Eg: 

Smith and Doe Wedding

123 Main St

San Antonio TX 78123

I did this too. I ordered a cute stamp from Etsy with his last name and our address. It might not be traditional but I really don't feel like hand writing our address and I figured we'll get future use out of the stamp.
