So I was talking to my future SIL (who is also my boss) at work yesterday about rehearsal stuff and that we aren't having a traditional rehearsal but I want the WP to get together and hang out and have a verbal walk through. I told her FI and I were thinking we'd do it at our house and have a pizza party or bbq in our backyard. She stopped me and said that she thinks the groom's family should take care of the rehearsal. So she called her dad, told him what she was thinking and he agreed. They picked out a really nice restaurant near the hotel where WP will be staying and even took me there for lunch so I could try the food. She told me I can be involved as much as I want or she would be happy to spearhead the entire thing and all I have to do is show up! I am so touched and so very excited! Yay!
