We are stillllllll trying to track down people for a yes or no!!  Come on, it's a self addressed stamped envelope.  You didnt' even need to fill in your name, just a yes or no!!

wow that is crazy...I would count them as a "no" if you have made real efforts to try to contact them with no reply...

My gram said just to count them as no's.  One of my cousins just emailed me back to say that they will be there.  I'm glad I didn't just turn them all in as no's.  I've got 18 people total that I need to have a yes/no for. 

Final totals are due today (!!!) but we're meeting with the venue on Friday, so he said to bring them in then.

I was still trying to get rsvps the day of our "final" count too, but I confirmed with our venue that they, like most places, allow for additions, but not subtractions after the final count, up to within a week.  It works out nicely because we couldn't get ahold of our pastor to find out if he was coming....and my BM from IA was getting induced the next morning, so I took their meals out and will add them in <em>if</em> they decide to travel for the wedding.  Check to see if yours is similar.  Then at least you could assume all no's and relax a tad until the late people reply.
