updates and checks

I posted yesterday about my MOH and photographer breaking it off. I am happy to report that they are working on things together! Thank god. They are one of those rare inspiring couples and I hate seeing them distraught.

Tried on my dress as I'm 6 weeks away and practiced sitting in the giant hoopskirt. Not as difficult as i'd thought and it was great putting it on again! Also tried my jewelry on with it and feel better about the choices I made.

And finally... we got our first wedding present today! FI's cousin's wife sent us a blender. I got our thank you cards out and wrote it out. Very glad my mom bought the box of ty cards early! Next week is our shower and I am sooooooo excited!

oh i am sure its such a relief for you that they are going to work it out---no one likes to see their friends hurting!

I'm just glad they're being mature about it. They've been together since we were 13 25 now and its just hard to see them fight.
