FG baskets

Hey ladies! What is everyone using for baskets for their flower girls? FI likes the traditional satiny basket for the FG. The only ones I can find are tiny. Like tiny tiny. Our flower girl will be 5 at the time of the wedding....any suggestions?

I decided that since my flower girl will be almost 8 when we get married, I am just going to do a "kissing ball" or pomander with a ribbon for her.  They are super cute.  I think they are fairly easy to DIY, too.

I made my own. Picked up a pail at Michaels around easter time and added some ribbon and fake flowers. Tah dah!  <clicky>

I made my own.  I got a small basket for like $4 at Micheals and decorated it.

Very cute!! I was thinking about a basket from michael's too, and those are really nice!

@had26...I made a couple of pomanders for the pew decorations and they turned out nice....never thought about it for a FG!

i am making my own... i havent started yet! i got the basket at michaels for $1.61 using a coupon so proud of that deal! and i got my ring bearer pillow off ebay for $5.00 i just have to decorate them! < pillow had a light green ribbon on it!

I think that probably instead of a basket, my flower girl will carry a small bouquet.  The church that we are getting married in doesn't allow flowers to be strewn as she walks down the aisle.

Since my FG can't throw flowers on the ground (ceremony at a state park) I opted for a pomeander ball.
