Wedding Bells/ Wedding Kiss Bells

Is anyone else doing this?

If so, what saying or phrase are you using on the tag?

Thanks!!

Re: Wedding Bells/ Wedding Kiss Bells

  • We're doing them. They came with little tags on them already. Honestly my Fmil wanted them, I couldn't tell you what they sa, because I've only seen one photo of them, and they're in another state. Sorry, that really wasn't helpful!

  • They're bells for people to ring at the reception instead of clinking the glasses to get the couple to kiss.
  • Never heard of them.  I probably wouldn't know what to do with them if they were on the tables.

  • Oooohhh, ok. Up here we do more "game" type stuff. Like the copy cat  game - couple has to kiss in front of the bride and groom and whatever they do the B&G do. There's also sing a song with the word "love" in it, mini put, kissing wheel, etc, etc.

  • I've seen tags on etsy where it says 'Ring the bell to wish them well' when they're used as a send off? If you're looking for specific variations on the words, etsy is definitely the place to look because different vendors have different tags :-) Hope that helps!

No, we aren' doing them. My Aunts would take advantage of them and ring them every five seconds hahah. Plus I'm not very comfortable with PDA. I found a few poems for you though. :)

    Ring This shiny wedding bell
to wish the happy couple well

"Ring the bell... for Mr. and Mrs.
Ring the bell... to see lots of kisses"

"Let the bells ring for they're husband and wife,
Ring out for joy for their new life,
Ring for laughter or ring for a kiss
And ring that this couple will always find bliss."

    "This tiny Wedding bell
    salutes the Bride and Groom
and the joy that fills this room.
Ring it loud when they are near,
so all may hear the pledge of love
    they hold so dear"

"May laughter and joy fill this room, as we toast the Bride and Groom.
Take this tiny Wedding Bell, a sign of love to wish them well, ring it loud so
all may hear, when the Bride and Groom are near."
