Almost done paying for the wedding!

As of today we're 2/3 of the day paid for the wedding and on Monday we'll be 90% done! All that will be left is some small thigns that need to be paid either a day or two before or on the wedding day itself.

Sometimes it never felt like we'd get here!

That is a realllllllllllllly good feeling! I need to write a check to the venue on Friday, its for 'extra's though. I'm having them provide fruit and a chocolate fountain. I haven't paid the photographer, but he gets half Saturday, and the other half on delivery (he doesn't print himself, so I am just paying a tad extra and buying the disc of all the pictures). The money is there, I just have to write out the checks to each vendor!

I bought mints today (We are having an easy afternoon cake and punch reception with traditional mints and nuts. And chocolate fountain!), so that finished us up!

We are no where close to that done.  I've paid off the cake, and the DJ.  Photographer 50% isn't due until 1 week out.  But we will be cutting the full check to the venue which is all the food cost, on Sat, so that will bump us up to probably around 90% paid off!

WE paid our venue last night... came to approx 5000$ for the 103 persons... includes full 3 course meal WOOHOO... plus cake/decorations/seat covers/tablewear etc...cutlery... well everything!

SO HAPPY we found this place (also where we had one of first dates too)

Our photographer we pay on Saturday (money is already in an envelope) 1395$ instead of 1695 cause he had a wedding cancelation and we got him the next day

DJ we paid last night as well he asked 200 (he is a good friend of Fi's) we gave him 300$

Picked up suits HUZZAH! now it is just a matter of waiting for the wedding! lol

and we get our deposit for the venue back after the end of the night... we are so excited!

We need to pay the musician for the ceremony, limo and honeymoon then we're done too (that is until my credit card bill comes).

I still have my florist, the limo, and the videographer. We still haven't booked our hotel room either. I feel a little stressed. I keep saying I have 3 weeks left though...

We have the church and the Dj left to pay for a total of $600. Everything will be paid on Saturday!! WOOT !

We're almost done! The only payments that still need to be made are for the RD and the hair/makeup artist, both of which are due the day of. We already paid off the venue and the florist, and my mother is doing final payments for our DJ and photographer as her wedding gift to us. Feels good to be so close to paid off!
