FI buy tux. He wants to buy not rent, and ideally he would like it to magically appear on his body looking perfect. However that will not happen AND he wants to lose weight before he goes. So the question is, what is the longest amount of time he can wait? We get married 10/13

    His best bet would be to talk to the store he wants to buy the tux from. They'll be able to give you a better time frame. Though they'll probably say to come in for an intial fitting soon so that if he either doesn't lose any or doesn't lose as much weight as he wants, the finished product will still look good.

    I'm having to nag my FI to go in for his fitting and to let his GM know about the tuxes and such. Ugh...men. They never seem to do anything on OUR timetable lol

    I'm all about getting everything done early, so my FI and GMs have already went and got fitted for their tuxes about a month ago...although I still need to go with my father and ushers to get theirs done...
