or is this one of the most beautiful autumns we've had in a while? I can't tell if it really is or if its just because we're finally getting married this fall.  I've always known I wanted a fall wedding. I never dreamed the trees would be this beautiful.  I just hope the colors last another 18 days.  I'm a little afraid that we've got all this beauty now and there won't be anything for girls getting married a little later in the month.

I agree!  Although I have the opposite issue of your wedding date.  The trees here are juuuust starting to turn, so they won't be in full color on Saturday.  Oh well, there's always the honeymoon in the mountains!  ^_^  It's my FI's favorite season too!

They are gorgeous around here as well!  I drove by our venue over the weekend to check out the trees on the property (we are having an outdoor ceremony at a golf course), and they are changing colors, i'm so excited!  Now if only the weather cooperates then.

I'm chiming in for a gorgeous fall! We have Crepe Myrtles in bloom! They are so very pretty - and so very out of season!

I've never heard of these, but after a quick image search I agree...beautiful.

I keep having to remind myself that the Ohio Dept of Natural Resources says that peak color for the area should be mid to late October. I'm crossing my fingers they're right.

My trees are perfect. now I am hoping we don't get a wind storm before this weekend cause I want those leaves to stay ON THE TREE lol

the owners husband was going to mow the lawn before Saturday and she said NO!!! DO NOT! the leaves that have fallen are perfect!... and the grass is not that long! lol

It is a beautiful autumn!

Heee!  I've been doing the same thing. I keep getting annoyed when I see more leaves falling. Wait until my wedding, trees!  :)

I feel like because I want the fall colors to be around on 10/20 I'm not fully enjoying the beauty this year.  Usually I'll "ooo and ahhh" over the trees and now I find myself yelling at them "NO, NOT YET!!!!"  FI thinks I've lost my mind.

I have always loved fall but never thought to have a fall wedding...i know, dumb!  so this year I'm also excited for the pretty leaves.  The maples in my are tend to stay pretty and leafy until Halloween so I'm good:)

I checked the long range forcast a while ago adn it said my are may have snow for my wedding...but I'm kind of excited by that! it would be sooo pretty in pictures.
