Final Menu check

so we have been altering everything like crazy and I just want to make sure I get this d.o.n.e. lol... 

1 Large Crudite Tray with Salsa Ranch and Sun-dried Tomato dressings 
1 Large Cheese & Meat Trays (includes handmade bread & Add house honey butter)
1 Large Pesto Cream Cheese Terrine. 
1 Large Fresh Fruit Tray with Chambord dipping cream

2 Large Trays Old Bay Shrimp Cocktail  
3 Large Trays Mini Brioche Sandwiches including roast beef, turkey and BLT 
2 Large Trays Wrap Bites including assortment of all 
3 Large Trays Chicken Skewers with peanut satay and ranch dressings 
2 Large Crab Stuffed Mushroom Trays 
2 large trays of Chicken Tenders (they are like the best chicken tenders i've ever had...) 

All in all, it comes to 18 trays ~ 270-360 servings ~ 5.4 - 7.2 servings a person. This is supposed to be a super casual lunch reception.

    Those all sound really good but I still don't think it's enough food. Just because your wedding is supposed to be casual doesn't mean that you can feed your guests less. I think you really need to up the servings to a minimum of 10 each.

  • I think that I would add some more too if it is in he budget.  If not, then that's fine too.

  • What about dessert? do you just have cake? If more food isn't in the budget then just make sure the cake cutting is close to the meal!
