Siggy: Rings!!

I love it! I cannot find a wedding band I like and I'm loving the ideas!  Mine didn't come in a set and I have too many choices. How did you chose??

Honestly, just by trying them on over, and over, and over. I tried on more wedding bands than I tried on wedding dresses, ha, and kept going back between a few.

Oh, and don't eliminate some before trying them on because you don't think they'd work together-- sometimes they surprise you!

My ring was designed so the designer is making my band too, so the diamonds will match up. Sorry!

My band should be here this week and then I will post a picture of them together. I had the same problem because mine did not come as a set, and the e-ring was wavy. I tried on a few at the jeweler and decided on a curved band. I would suggest just going in and trying on as many as you can!

I tried on tons at several jewelry stores. I actually wanted a wrap but after seeing it with my engagement ring I didnt like it. 

I also liked the fact that in the future if I really want the look of the wrap for an anniversary I could add the same band on the other side.

Mine is micropave diamonds on a platinum band.  I looked at ring pics online before we went to the jeweler and fell in love with the micropave. The jeweler had me try on channel setting bands too, but I quickly eliminated those.  I tried on the micropave ones and fell in love with the subtle all over sparkle!

I chose platinum because my E-ring is set in platinum and I think I have a slight allergy to white gold.  Plus, white gold turns yellow on me really quickly.  The price of gold was so high when we bought our rings, it was almost the same price to get platinum as it was to get gold.

I have a round center stone and 2 rows of round stones on each side plus a row of princess on each side on my e-ring. I decided I wanted both round and princess stones on my band and I didnt like any of the ones i found so I just bought one of each lol

Mine didn't come as a set either. I took my e-ring in to a local jeweler and had them design a band.

I went to the store where FI bought my e-ring and tried on a bunch of them, twice :P, before I decided I wanted a fairly thin band with bling. Mine is custom made to fit around my diamond.

I have nothing to add, except some people need to make their siggy's smaller!  Some of these pictures, while gorgeously showing off the rings are HUGE and take up too much space on the page.  All the sparkle is so pretty!

I tried a few on, so I was able to rule out what I didn't like, I didn't want a thick band and I wanted a half eternity band but I wanted the diamonds a little bit raised. My future SIL works for a jewelry company and goes to shows around the world, so her last show she sent me pictures of rings and I just chose from seeing it on my phone.. and I love it!
