Just ordered my favors, we are doing flower bulbs (they are supposed to be planted in the autumn).

What is everyone else doing for favors?

We are doing 16oz Beer glasses with "Eat Drink and Be Married" and our names and date...have loved them forever!!

I got the idea from someone here on TK to use small ceramic tiles to make coasters. The other Knotty used modge podge and covered hers with colored paper of different patterns.  I decided instead to add pictures with song lyrics from our wedding love songs to the top of the tiles.  Hoping they come out like I envision! A lot of work ahead of me still.

We are doing clear christmas ornaments with a peacock feather inside.  Going to attach a small tag with our names and date to the top.

Everybody has such cute ideas!!  Those ornaments are awesome!

We'll be making homemade jam for our favors. FI has perfected some delicious recipes for jam and it fits our rustic chic theme perfectly.

Koozies!! They have our names, the date, and "to have and to hold, and to keep your drink cold", since we are serving bottled beer as a part of our bar selection.

I just found out that my awesome godmother is gifting us a photobooth - the one thing I really wanted to have but just couldn't fit into the budget - so the photo strips are going to double as our favors.

We're giving away satin masquerade masks, as well as m&m's packaged with a sticker that says "Thank You for Joining Us!" with our names and wedding date on them.

Mini mason jars with hot cocoa mix and mini marshmallows inside.

We're doing chocolate truffles wrapped up in a Tiffany box.  The only kind of favor that I like is an edible one.  I throw out or leave behind the glasses with people's names on them etc.  I don't like clutter so I don't want a shot glass, candle, etc with someone else's name on it. 

Sorry to anyone who's using those ideas, just my opinion.

We were going to do wine glasses with our names on them but then I thought who is going to want to use a wine glass with my name on it besides me? LOL So we got mini-wine glasses and I made wine charms with number charms. So it will serve as their favor and their seating assignment! The wine glass also fits a small candle in it so if people don't drink they can use it for that

We're giving everybody a couple Lake Champlain Chocolates. I too am a fan of edible favors, and if there are any extra they are going on my honeymoon with me!!
