My new obsession: the processional

As I am now 98 days away from wedding day, I have now begun to freak out. My new worry is the order of the processional. My wedding party is small. A MOH, one BM, a FG, a BM and a BW (best woman). No grandparents just my mom, dad (who will be walking me down the aisle) and his wife plus my FMIL. We are also not having ushers.
My question is: Can the parents walk themselves to their seats? Also since my BP is so small can they walk down single file? It seems so easy to figure out, but my mind is just not working.

I would ask the mothers who they would like to escort them in.  Your FI could escort his mother and your mother could choose her escort (do you have a brother that could do it?).  My gut is saying don't have your dad's wife be escorted in, but I don't know your relationship with her (I'm basing this on how you referred to her - 'his wife', not 'my stepmother').

Or everyone could just walk themselves to their own seats shortly before the bridal party processional begins. 

As for the bridal party, I think you can do whatever you would like.  If your FI doesn't escort his mother in, maybe have the groom's attendants come in from the side at the same time as the officiant, with the groom and then have your MOH and BM file in before you and the FG?
