These have been a long time coming... I am finally sitting down and putting all the pieces together. Just got the first one glued. What do you girls think?

Cute! I'm using TOLSBY frames too, but I didn't paint them. I love how they look black, though! Don't give me more ideas, haha.

We actually painted them brown, and then they've got gold barely misted over them so it is not totally flat. It is hard to see that tho, I am happy with the way they turned out. Painting them was sort of a pain tho!

Ha, good! And i see now that I look carefully that they do look more like a dark brown/bronze-- even prettier than I thought!
