So I had my hair trial back in August and set up my wedding appointment right then. The people working the reception desk didn't know how to enter my appointment (for a Sunday...not a typical work day for them) into the computer, but they took my information down and said they would call to confirm the next day. Well, they didn't call the next day, but a few days later. I decided to swing by the salon today just to double-check on everything. My girl wasn't working, so someone else checked the computer for me. I wasn't entered in the computer at all and the lady was all snippy with me saying that my stylist doesn't work Sundays, etc. She gave me my girl's card and told me to call tomorrow (which I will be doing AND I will be speaking with a manager about their crap-tastic appointment keeping system and ignorant receptionists). So I come home all upset and lo and behold, what do I find in my wedding binder? My stylist's card with the date and time of my appointment in HER handwriting--so at least I have proof
Ugh, I just did not need this spike in my blood pressure with 6 days to go. Now I'm all worked up--might as well call my 2 other vendors to make sure everything is still a go!
