Table Names

Hey Ladies!

So, Fiance and I are avid baseball fans and spend our summers traveling to baseball parks, so that eventually we can say we watched a game in every stadium. I really want our reception to be a representation of us rather than a standard wedding reception, so we are incorporating little details like having baseball tickets as our escort cards and naming our tables after the ball parks. Our colors are pewter and eggplant and I was thinking of printing black and white pictures of each stadium and placing them into bling frames or something....but I cannot find good pictures for the life of me. Anyone have any ideas of how to present the table names and do you have any idea of how to create ticket stubs using a template? Thanks in advance!

So...I'm not super sporty but I love the ideas!! There's a "Sports weddings' board in the themes area....they might be able to help you out a ton!

Have you tried doing a google image search for each stadium and just changing the color to black and white in paint?

Thank you! Sounds silly, but I never thought of publisher. Just found the template so its just another think I can get started with creating.

And yes, I did do a google search. I am thinking that this may be the only way to go. I was just hoping to be able to find a consistent picture across stadiums (like a nice pictures of the stadium sign that says the name or something) and I have yet to come across that yet. Its so hard to have an image in your head of what you want something to look like and then you cant find it..haha.

I like the PP's idea of using stadium postcards. If you can find them in black and white, I think that would look really nice!

i like the postcard idea, that way for sure, they are good pictures. You can scan each one into your computer and get it printed in black/white either on your own printer or through a printing website?

I like unique table numbers/names. I'm trying to incorporate my fiance's love of cars into ours!

Thank you so much for all of the ideas...I have finally been successful in finding good images of the stadium via postcards on the internet. I just finished a template for our escort cards, which will be tickets. Let me know what you ladies think....
