plus size wedding dresses

Where are the best places to try on plus size wedding dresses? I am a size 16 and need to know where I should go. I went to a David's bridal -- they had some in my size but at least half of them weren't really in style anymore - I am not sure why they don't carry all of the dresses in most of the sizes so we can see what they look like. Anyone with good suggestions?

I went to Bridaltown in Collegeville. They have a whole room just of plus sized dresses.

If you're going to check out Bridaltown, I'd also make an appointment with Belle of the Ball Bridal.  The owners are plus size so they are a bit more sensitive to your needs. They are fairly close to each other. belleoftheballbridal.com

Sandy, not sure which David's you went to, but we were just at the one in Springfield PA, our associate, Amanda was great, and they had a good size selection.  Maybe a phone call ahead to the stores you're planning on going to would let you know how many plus sizes they have in stock to try on?

I was just at the springfield davids bridal, amanda worked with me as well...I loved her....just wished for a better selection
