on the spacing does the "and" and the "to" should it be centered? or align with everything else? (obliviouslynot bold, just did that for the effect)

I think the 'to' should definitely be centered but I'm not sure about the 'and.'

The "and" is needed, so don't remove that.  I say, you should either center align all the wording, or have it all aligned to the left.
