I really appreciated all the suggestions. We will being doing something simple, probably going to cater in some BBQ from our favorite BBQ place - Rudy's. Even better is that we got a call back from our venue.
Because we got a package through them and we've been paid in full for a while now for 100 people, when we gave them our final number of who is actually coming we are getting a significant refund back. So this will alleviate a lot of the pressure of trying to save and put money off to the side with all the othr small things we need to cross off our list. I am very happy about this.
