Wedding Band?

We're getting married on October 12th, and I already have my wedding band, but I'm not sure when to order his.  So, when do you think it be ordered?  Thanks!

I just ordered my FI's ring last week randomly.  The jeweler said it would be 2-3 weeks to get it in his size, I thought that was pretty darn quick!

As soon as FI chose the style he liked, I ordered his ring and it took just a few days to get it. Now he keeps asking to try it on and look at it - maybe I should have waited a little longer to order!

If you find one you like, order it.  FI & I got ours around Christmas because we went to the jewelry store and he fell in love with one.

I think we are going to wait a little while to order ours. I would order them now but I know I won't be able to fight the urge to put my ring on.

FI went and bought his on Saturday. They had it in store in his size, so he was able to bring it home on Saturday as well.

I wouldn't wait too much longer. If you plan to have it engraved you need to allow for that as well.

We ordered ours in February because FI had to have his special ordered due to size.  We weren't really looking for rings, just happened to be wandering the stores one day and he fell in love with the rings.

We put them on layaway, though, so we can't pick them up until they're paid for.  Otherwise I"d be tempted to wear mine too, because I think it's gorgeous.

We ordered my ring and FI ring this past weekend. The jeweler told me since FI ring is a carbonite ring, and he needed a non-stock size, it would need to be special ordered, so order at the last 2 months out. Stock size for men is typically a 10. A lot of the rings we looked at for men have to be special ordered since they cannot be resized.

I totally understand. My FI does the exact same thing and loves looking at it. Both of us got ours awhile ago since we found ones we loved although it was months in advance.
