We set up the suit rentals on Friday and we got a great deal. Since there will be more than 10 rentals, we will get two suits for free. This helps our budget because we are paying for FI's parents attire and now we won't have to pay for his dad's suit either. The cost of the suit was less than what we expected them to be - $137 plus tax. I was thinking it would be around $160 and FI thought it would be closer to $200 so we were both pleasantly surprised.
We ended up going with a brown two button suit with an ivory microfiber shirt and ivory vest and tie for FI. He tried on the jacket with the shirt, vest and tie at the store and he looked sooo good! My eyes started getting watery.
For the groomsmen and ring bearer, we picked the same brown suit and shirt with an eggplant purple vest and tie. I know it sounds weird, but it really does look nice and clean. FI liked it so I feel pretty good about it.
For the fathers and ushers, we picked the same brown suit with a brown herringbone vest and tie.
This month feels like it's dragging and I know next month and August are going to be the same. It's so close but still to far away!!
