Weight loss / Work out Wednesday

How is everyone doing this week?

I finally got back to running Monday, and hopefully again tonight.  I'm running the loop - 1.4 miles, then next week I'll figure 8 it for 2 miles.  I have another 5K scheduled 21 Apr and FI said he'll run it with me - YAY!  (Mind you he can walk as fast as I run, but he said he'll stay with me).

Down a pound and really watching what I eat, focusing on smaller dinner.  I also fell in love with Green smooties - esp the Skinny taste tropical one!

  • Soo far Im down 3.5 lbs. I'm going to the gym again tonight. Im pretty happy with the weightloss so far. Slow and steady.

  • I'm at the weight I was before the holidays so now the real weight loss begins. I would like to lose 5 more but 10 would be lovely. Then I have to keep it off for 6 months which will probably be just as hard as losing it!

    The scale is staying steady and I'll take it bc it not going up.
    Saturday FI and I ran 3.5 miles outside, Monday I ran 3 miles on the treadmill, yesterday i went to my Strength and Tone class then went for a 2 mile run and tonight is Interval Training.
    I've cleaned up my eating habits so I am hoping it shows up on the scale, but either way I am feeling better about myself, so Ill take that too=)

    Keep up the good work ladies!

    I've been doing some light training at home, I can't use the my elliptical right now because my basement is a disaster zone and it has returned to normal weather outside so it's too cold for me. I've been sticking to my eating plan though, keeping my calories in check and generally eating healthier, doing crunches, pushups etc until I can do my cardio again.
    It doesn't have to be perfect to be everything I want!

  • Kettlebell with my trainer on Mondays and Thursdays and hopefully I'll get to the gym friday night after work. Having a 4yr old and a fiance that's not here is hard trying to squeeze in time for it.

    FI and I have been doing pretty good with the Insanity workouts.  And the name of the program is apporpriate!  It really is insane.  We like it a lot and even though we haven't weighed ourselves (our scale is broken), we can see an improvement in the way that we feel, how much better we do during the work out and our flexibility is getting way better.  I can really see it in my legs, especially my calfs.  We did instense abs this morning, so I know my abs are going to be sore tomorrow!  We are both doing better with the eating, but to me that's the hardest part and we've had some cheat meals.  I'm really going to start pushing myself to not eat the bad stuff though because I really want to look good for our e-pics in a month and for the summer.

    Keep up the good work ladies!  We can do it!

  • Still have not gotten my butt back to the gym (or any other type of exercise)!  I overbooked my life this month and barely had time for breathing, let alone extra things.  Next week my schedule calms down so I will be setting up an exercise schedule for FI & I. 
    Doing well weight wise, steadily going down.  I am now 17 lbs away from a 100 lbs weight loss!  I plan on getting a tattoo as a reward when I finally reach that goal!  I'm thinking some nice jewelry is called for when I hit my total goal!

  • Wow great job for all you ladies!! Keep it up.

    I weigh in on Saturday mornings and I was down 1.5 pounds this past saturday, which makes 8 pounds overall in 3 weeks.  I have started swimming at the Y and tomorrow will use the treadmill and go back and forth between those and start using the weight room probably in late April or early May.

  • I got sick on and off for the first 3 weeks of March so I didn't really workout and I actually lost more energy. Not really paying attention to my weight, but more so my waist size. Got back to cycling yesterday and I did 16 miles in an hour and a half. My fiance is doing better and has biked 20 miles, but I will catch up to him!

    Good job everyone! You all keep me motivated!

  • I've just recently got back on the track of eating healthy and exercising. I went to the gym for the first time in months on Monday and my body hates me :) Today was my day off because of my weight watchers meeting, but tomorrow its back to kettlebell(my favorite - even if its hard) since i've started I've dropped 4.8 lbs.
