How is everyone doing this week?
I finally got back to running Monday, and hopefully again tonight. I'm running the loop - 1.4 miles, then next week I'll figure 8 it for 2 miles. I have another 5K scheduled 21 Apr and FI said he'll run it with me - YAY! (Mind you he can walk as fast as I run, but he said he'll stay with me).
Down a pound and really watching what I eat, focusing on smaller dinner. I also fell in love with Green smooties - esp the Skinny taste tropical one!
