Soooo Double Booked....

Well my fmil booked my shower Sept 16. I told all my girls so they could request off. Only to find out the woman that scheduled my shower double booked the location! I'm a bit upset bc now it will be on the 15 which is sat. Ill be at work all day. My girls prob won't be able to get off... not sure how many will be able to come. It was a lot easier when it was on sun. :

Can you change it to a different week? Or ask the venue if they can change the time? (Like one event early in the day, one event later?) Can you find a different venue?

Sorry to hear  that.  Ya know, it still baffles me on how venues double book.

I hope you can work something out.

I wish we could move it to a later date or something, but ive got things going on pretty much every weekend. I start back school on Wednesday. I'm trying to get financed to buy a house. Working full time as well. Only 2 months to go. I may be the only girl who is just ready for all this wedding drama to be over.
