NWR - Whatcha reading?

I believe there were quite a few avid readers on here: so whatcha reading?!

I'm currently reading Nora Robert's A vision in White - Bride quartet series.  It's a good, fluffy read.  Figured since I have wedding brain, might as well read about weddings lol. 

I just finished Nora Robert's Cross of Morrigan on audio.  I'm kinda eh about it, but I got the second book on audio... but I'm listening to Rich Dad, Poor Dad first.  It's kinda interesting... I have a thing for budgets and finances, but I think this is more into the gotta spend money to get money thing.  But there's some funny stories in it.

I am reading the hunger game series, well rereading it. I don't want to spend any money on new ebooks so I am just rereading what I have till after the wedding.

I'm currently reading A History of the World in 10 1/2 Chapters.  When I finish, I am going to start Blueprints for Building Better Girls for my book club.

I love this thread - thanks for posting.  Seeing what other people are reading always helps me find new books.

I get all my ebooks from the library, once you get a card, you can do it all online.

Right now I am reading The Reluctant Fundamentalist by Moshin Hamid. It's so interesting that I am having a hard time putting it down. I am also rereading a collection of Edgar Poe Allan because i am doing Poe week in class soon. I am trying to pick 3 or 4 poems or stories to discuss.

I loved this book!!  I'm currently reading The Diary of Anne Frank.  It's one of those books I kind of can't believe I've never gotten around to before.  I also just started The Bonesetter's Daughter for my book club.  Too early to tell how I feel about it, though.

Right now I'm reading 50 Shaes of Grey. I need to get around to Water for Elephants and the Girl with the Dragon Tattoo series. I went through a phase where I had zero motivation so I'm finally getting back into it.

I'm currently reading Two for the dough by Janet Evanovich. It's the second book of the stephanie plum series. I guess theres almost 20 books or so? This was my neighbors favorite series so she's letting me borrow some.

Otherwise I am reading the last of the 50 shades series. School starts up in two weeks and I need to get this done before I have my head in textbooks all of the time again!

I LOVED Divergent!!!  I can't believe book 3 doesn't come out for a whole year!  Did you read Delirium?

I just got a new book for my birthday called "Girl Reading' by Katie Ward. I haven't started it yet but it looks promising. I also got a gift card for more books, but I'm not sure what to get with it. I'm thinking about Discovery of Witches and sequel Shadow of Night, but I'm unsure.

Any recommendations?

I've just started The Lost Girls by Jennifer Baggett, Holly C. Corbett & Amanda Pressner.  It's about 3 friends who take a year to travel.  My mom got it for me thinking it would be a nice fluffy read but I'm not sure I will like it.  I'm not really into travelling becuase I'd miss my fiance too much. Plus I'd never have the desire to quit my job for a year...oh well, still somethting to read!

Right now I'm rereading A Dance with Dragons. I after that I have a few new books on my iPad that I'm going to read, although I honestly don't remember what they are now-I bought them several weeks ago and I made an effort to try a few new things instead of stick to my couple usual authors!

Currently I am re-reading The Black Prism by Brent Weeks. The 2nd book in the series is release on September 11 -- its been so long since I read it the 1st time I wanted to refresh myself with the story again.

It's a good book after the first like 100 pages... maybe 150.  On and on about wine and crap... but then it got interesting.  I didn't know the sequel was out (runs to elibrary!)

I read the bride quartet when they were first out..as in when I got to the back of one it said the next would nbe next year before it was released haha. I'm a big nora roberts fan...I'm currently reading a Linda Lael Miller book...Big Sky Mountain..its a book 2 in a short series. The first was Big Sky Country and the 3rd and last available coming in Jan is Big Sky River. I can read a book in a day...

I have also gotten into YA Dystopian.  I am currently reading Specials the final book in the Uglies trilogy.  I really liked the first one, had a hard time getting in to the second, Pretties, but the second half was really good.  I am only a few pages in to this one but I have high hopes for it!

I really want to read The Maze Runner series  but I haven't found it at my library.  I have never heard of Delirium, i will have to check into it.

I'm reading "Bared To You". It's like Fifty Shades, but not as kinky. After that, I'll rereading Fifty Shades because I read the trilogy the first time in a week.
