Thank you notes for lingerie?

I was given an awesome lingerie shower this past weekend. It was so much fun. Now, though, I wasn't sure if I should send thank you notes. It seems a little weird lol. I also have never received one when giving a gift to a bride. 

I thought maybe I would just send a thank you note to the ones who hosted the shower. What do y'all think?

This website (CLICK) was extremely helpful for me. If you scroll down, there is a section on how to write thank you notes for lingerie, and it even has different examples depending on what kind of lingerie the person gave you ("tasteful" like a nightgown or "sexy" like a corset).

I would write thank you notes. You could even make the focus of the thank you notes more about "thanks for coming to my shower, it was great to see you," etc. than about the lingerie if that makes you more comfortable, but I would still mention the gift in the note.

I wrote thank you notes for the lingerie that was given to me at my bachelorette. I think it's a nice thing to do.  It's always special to get mail that isn't bills or ads.

I would write a thank you note too but I am not sure if I would mention the lingerie.  I would probably just say, "Thank you for coming" etc.
