Tell me who you want at your daaaaamn table so I can do the seating chart for the rest of you and your husband's families.  I dont' want to sit with people that are leftover, I want you to tell me who you want to sit with!!  Seriously, it's not that hard.  Pick 3-5 other people (in addition to your kids and grandkids) and call it a day.

I didn't ask anyone...FI and I did it...didn't ask....dont talk about it....we made the decision and were sticking to it!!  We made the decision based on everyone being the most comfortable at their table and who they would have the most fun with...or something to talk about with....

Nice of you to let her have her say but don't let it stress you out! Plus, if she's drawing it out, just tell her "this is your deadline or I'll have to assign tables".

I'm just letting it go.  I asked her what she wanted and she beat around the bush.  She'll just have to deal with whomever ends up there.

This is part of the reason I'm not doing a seating chart or escort cards.  Just  a few reserved tables for imediate family and WP and open seating for everyone else.
