Hi everyone!

So far I've been quite the lurker on the boards... I was having trouble finding one that I liked but I've been finding myself on the October 2012 board a lot and really like you ladies So I figured I would introduce myself.

My fiance and I are getting married on October 13th. We've been engaged since July of 2010 but were waiting to get married until he was done school. We were together only six months before he proposed but I would've said yes after one. After ten months together we bought our first home. I really can't wait to marry him and am looking forward to continuing to read your ladies' helpful advice and wonderful stories... good luck to everyone -- only six-ish months to go!

Yay! I am getting married on October 13th as well! Such an amazing date, is it not? I am new to posting but I already love it here. I have known my fiance since I was just 8 years old. We have been together for 3 years this April 25th and he is the love of my life. Our little girl will be 15 months on the 6th of April. We're so in love and I cannot wait to call him my husband.

I have a theory that the reason we all get along so well is because we picked a month that wasn't popular (i.e. May-September), so we tend to think the same way and be supportive of each other.
