I'm still waiting on 59 RSVPs but if all of them come back yes, we will still be $1,000 under budget, and have already hit minimum!  I love saving money!!!!!

    Feels great, doesn't it? I had enough declines that we could afford to open the bar for another hour and still stay in budget!

    We were way under budget too because of guests not attending!  We were able to add hot hor'douvers.  We did have 2 couples tell us after the numbers were in that they could attend - one couple are our very close friends, and the other was FI's aunt/uncle- and we couldn't stay no.
