The Dress Came In!!!

So for the past few weeks I had been worried that I hadn't actually ordered my dress (irrantional on my part, I know) like I thought I did.  I paid it off over a year and on my final payment went in an tried it on and ordered it. 

Well I called today to check and relieve my worry.  She said that she saw that my dress had been shipped to them and that a delivery had just arrived   She put me on hold to check and MY DRESS (clicky) was in the shipment!!!!!  Soooooo Happy!!!!

She said I could make an appointment to go try it on for fun and then make an alterations appointment for late August or early September!!!! 

So next on my list is to find a necklace (maybe) and a hairpiece!!

I know some have posted about their dresses coming in but has Anyone else gotten their dress in recently?

I haven't - although I am thinking about beginning to stalk the store. They said it wasnt going to be in until Late July or August - but now I"m getting nervous hearing all those nightmares about the dress being late and whatnot.

That and I can't WAIT to try it on again

Gorgeous dress!  I'm a Maggie bride too (clicky)!  I'm still waiting for my dress to come in - they told me end of July.

My dress came in on Friday, and I got to try it on TODAY!!  I am especially excited because it came in about a month early, and I only need a few alterations.

Woohoo for dresses coming in!!!

I got my dress months ago...I think i was a little ahead of the game lol, however I haven't gotten it shortened yet

I bought mine off the rack. The last time I tried it on was..March I think. I've been putting off going to try it on again. I need to go in and make my alterations appointment for the middle of August.

Yay!!  How exciting!!  It's absolutely Beautiful!!!!!!!!!!!  I would have gone crazy waiting for my dress lol  I tried it on in the store, it fit like a glove, I fell in love, found out it was the last one & took it home with me that day!!!

Stunning dress!!! My dress is extremely similar, I am also a Maggie bride. Mine is the Victorian! When you try it on make sure to get us some pics of you in it!!! Congrats lady!

Mine came a week ago and I took it to the seamstress today! We're putting on cap sleeves for now while I go find industrial strength Spanx as it turns out the horror stories about stretched samples are true and it's a titch too small through the hips. Once the sleeves are on we'll do the alterations and then bustle/hem etc.
